Solo Vida Rosé Reserva
Solo Vida Rosé Reserva is 100% pinot noir from carefully selected grapes of the finest quality. All of them from old vineyards located at more than 500 meters above sea level. These grapes, combined with the manual process of the traditional method and 18 months ageing in the cellar lie at the core of this beautifully balanced Rosé Reserva.
This Rosé Reserva brut is delicate and pleasant on the nose, showing notes of red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, as well as sweet floral notes which combine perfectly with the ageing notes.
In the mouth it is smooth and pleasant on the palate, with fine bubbles and balanced acidity. Notice the red fruit mixed with creamy notes of pastries from the ageing.
