In the beginning of August, the artisans of the Solo Vida vineyard determine the optimal ripening moment for the grapes, by working together closely with Mother Nature, looking after every vine with the utmost care and respect.
Through decades of experience & tradition, the winemakers start the harvest at the exact right time in order to guarantee the highest quality of grapes.
Carefully nurtured at 500 meters above sea level, the silence and beauty of the landscape helps shape the magic of Solo Vida already at the beginning, through the grapevines.
The winegrowers of the region have dedicated their lives to ensure they cultivate the highest quality of grapes. Their passion, love and desire to do things profoundly, reflects in the taste of Solo Vida, resulting in a unique pallet.
