The Wine
- GRAPE VARIETY: Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada
- ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,5% Vol.
- RESIDUAL SUGAR: 1,2 g/L
Process of elaboration
- HARVEST: Chardonnay: end of August. Macabeo: early September. Xarel·lo:
mid-September. Parellada; first week of October. - FERMENTATION: 1st fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled
temperature of 14-16ºC. 2nd fermentation in bottle with traditional method. - AGEING: Aged for 18 months on its lees.
Tasting
- IN APPEARANCE: Pale yellow color with green reflections.
- ON THE NOSE: Intense, elegant and complex aroma. Notes of white fruit
such as apple and pear, and hints of citrus that mix with floral notes and light
aromas of aging, elegant and complex. - ON THE PALATE: In the mouth it is fruity, unctuous, dry and fresh at the
same time, with a pleasant, lively and complex palate finish. Very soft and
creamy carbonic with a long and persistent finish, with a very balanced
acidity.
Pairing
Ideal with appetizers, smoked fish and seafood and non-ending parties. Serve
at 5-6ºC with the music as loud as possible.

Los viñedos de Solo Vida son un lugar sagrado, una joya escondida, lejos de la vida cotidiana. La naturaleza abrazó estos hermosos viñedos en las montañas durante siglos, un misterioso castillo del siglo X lleno de viejas historias supervisa el crecimiento de las uvas año tras año.
UN FESTÍN PARA EL PALADAR
Junto a la naturaleza más pura, la tradición familiar es el núcleo de los viñedos de Solo Vida. Antiguos documentos muestran que la primera masía fue construida alrededor de 1358 y los descendientes aún custodian las viejas tradiciones familiares de cultivar y cosechar las uvas más preciadas.
RECOMENDACIONES DE SERVICIO
Única en el mundo es una alianza de larga data entre 35 familias vitivinícolas diferentes que viven en el área de +500 viñedos. Hace generaciones, se hizo un pacto entre ellas para tratar todos los viñedos con los mismos principios, respeto y pasión.
